Customer can search gift ideas and detail information from our online catalogue or viaGift ideas suggestion by email or phone call.
Customer can also calculate own gift spending on our Budgeting function or Contact us to requestquotations on gifts selected.
Formal quotation will be sent automatically from our Request Quotation platform or manually quotedby our sales executive.

Once the quotation is approved, we will provide formal sales confirmation with customer preferred payment methods.
In normal situation, 40% downpayment is required before sample production.

Our design team will provide computer modelling design artwork for the customised gifts before sample production.
In additional, we will also provide real re-production sample for client final approval before mass production, in general it takes 7 days.

Production lead-time will vary from different gift catagories, in normal situation, it takes about 20-25 days.
Our quality controller will stay on the real production line to assure the mass production quality.
More than that , our QC inspector will visit factory for all-rounded inspections. we make sure the quality is accordance to the client requirement before delivery.

We can provide the following delivery and logistic services.
Delivery to Hong Kong districts, including forwarder warehouse & terminals.
Points or branches delivery within HK and Mainland China , special requirements on outer packing is available on request.
Transportation to Mainland China, eg.: Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing or China forwarder warehouse.
Overseas shipment, we are able to handle full set of I/E, sea freight or air freight shipment quotations are also available upon request.
